These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the HEBA Sport Tec GmbH online shop.

 

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer clicks the „Buy now“ button during the ordering process and receives an order confirmation by email.

 

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including statutory value-added tax. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

 

Deliveries are made within Switzerland (optional: and Liechtenstein). The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated for the product.

HEBA Sport Tec GmbH reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods.

 

The goods remain the property of HEBA Sport Tec GmbH until full payment.

 

Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without stating any reasons. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods are defective or do not correspond to the order. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

 

The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply to defects in the delivered goods. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded as far as legally permissible.

 

The HEBA Sport Tec GmbH privacy policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and can be viewed on the website.

 

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
