1. Scope of application<\/b><\/div>
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the HEBA Sport Tec GmbH online shop.<\/div>

2. Conclusion of Contract<\/b><\/div>
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer clicks the \u201eBuy now\u201c button during the ordering process and receives an order confirmation by email.<\/div>

3. Prices and shipping costs<\/b><\/div>
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including statutory value-added tax. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.<\/div>

4. Delivery Terms<\/b><\/div>
Deliveries are made within Switzerland (optional: and Liechtenstein). The delivery time is usually 2\u20135 working days, unless otherwise stated for the product.<\/div>

6. Retention of title<\/b><\/div>
The goods remain the property of HEBA Sport Tec GmbH until full payment.<\/div>

7. Right of withdrawal \/ return<\/b><\/div>
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without stating any reasons. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods are defective or do not correspond to the order. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.<\/div>

8. Warranty and Liability<\/b><\/div>
The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply to defects in the delivered goods. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded as far as legally permissible.<\/div>
